When depositing the vehicle, the key must be handed over to Marbesol Parking staff. The company is not responsible for any vehicle for which the key has not been handed over.
The deposited vehicles may be moved within the facilities by Marbesol Parking staff, depending on the needs of spaces, organisation and services. In addition, vehicles may be moved from one facility to another within the Malaga airport area.
The vehicles are insured against theft or fire by means of the civil liability policy taken out by Marbesol Parking. The conditions of execution of these guarantees will be governed by the corresponding policies.
Marbesol Parking is not responsible for objects left inside the vehicle, except for those that have been reported to the staff and noted in the deposit contract.
Marbesol Parking is responsible for any damage caused by its staff in the facilities. Any claim must be formalised before the vehicle is removed to the mail [email protected]
Marbesol Parking is not responsible for mechanical and/or electrical failures that may occur during the stay of the vehicle.
In the case of long-term contracts, renewal will take place if the customer so indicates and pays before the last day of the current contract. Subscriptions are not cumulative in duration for price adjustment. The contract price will be fixed and will not be adjusted for extensions.
The vehicle may only be collected by the depositary, who must present the deposit contract and a valid identification document. Marbesol Parking reserves the right not to return the vehicle if there is any outstanding debt.
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, Marbesol Parking informs about the processing of personal data related to the online purchase and the deposit of the vehicle. Please, check out our Privacy Policy section for more details
For stays of less than 24 hours, the free outdoor laundry service is not included.
Marbesol Parking is responsible for any damage that its staff may cause to the vehicle, assuming the cost of the repair. Any incident must be reported before removing the vehicle from the facilities. Repairs will be carried out exclusively in the workshop designated by Marbesol. Repairs will not be accepted at official workshops.
In the event that the vehicle is outside the province of Malaga and cannot be brought in for repair, an estimate must be requested from a garage in the Eurotaller network, which must be approved by Marbesol before the repair can begin. No reimbursement of invoices will be accepted without the prior approval of Marbesol.
Breakdowns resulting from wear and tear due to time and use of the vehicle, as well as failures in electrical or electronic systems, such as key controls, batteries, clutch, among others, are excluded from the coverage.
The outdoor car park has no roof, so vehicles are exposed to the weather.
For bookings of less than one month, payment is made when the vehicle is collected from our facilities.
For bookings of one month or more in our long stay car park at Malaga Airport, payment is made in advance at the time of leaving the car in our car park.
