If you have a confirmed reservation, Marbesol Parking guarantees you a parking space in our facilities.

Are there any transfers from the car park to the airport and are there any additional charges for this transfer?

Marbesol Parking offers our clients a free minibus service, which will take you to and from Malaga airport in a fast, comfortable and efficient way.

Are transfers in the minibus included in the price?

The minibus is a courtesy service of our parking, so it is completely free for all our customers.

Can I add extras once I have made my reservation? How?

You can add all the extras you want by calling 952 234 916 or using the contact form on our website.

Can I order any extras that are not on the list?

You can contact us to let us know what you would like to add to your car. We will inform you if it is possible and the price of it.

Can you pick up my car at the airport terminal?

The vehicles are delivered to our facilities and we will take you to the airport terminal for free in our courtesy minibus.

Do I need to leave my car keys?

Yes, you must leave your car keys so that you can move it to the corresponding facility according to your reservation.

Do I need to order a minimum number of extras to contract the car park?

There is no need to ask for any extra charges when booking a parking space in our car park. The extras are services that we offer separately for a tune-up of your vehicle while traveling.

Do the rates include VAT?

All prices reflected on our website and offered by telephone include VAT.

Do you accept long term bookings in your car park?

At Marbesol Parking we accept long and short term bookings.

How far is the nearest gas station to the parking lot?

About 100 meters (a two minutes by car) from our facilities you will find a petrol station, in the same airport Malaga.

How long does it take to answer a reservation request?

Within 24 hours of your request you will receive a reply to your booking request.

How much does it cost to cancel a reservation?

The cancellation of a reservation is free of charge. You can cancel your reservation by calling 952 234 916.

How much does parking cost for one year?

If I don't know my flight number at the time of booking, can I indicate it later?

You can call 952 234 916 to tell us your flight number or inform us about it using the contact form on our website.

If I hire the car park for a long season, how many departures can I make with the car?

You can make two outings per month, from the third one onwards you will be charged 15€ per outing.

If my flight arrives at dawn, will I find staff who can help me in the parking lot?

If you arrive between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m., you must call 687 740 019 to be attended.

If prices change, does it affect my reservation?

The price of your reservation is maintained regardless of any changes that may be made to the prices.

Is it necessary to leave a deposit?

There is no need to leave a deposit with your reservation. For reservations of more than one month, you will need to pay in advance.

Is it possible to ask for any extra parking space without hiring a parking space?

It is not possible. The extras are services that are offered together with the rental of the parking space. In order to hire an extra, it is necessary to reserve a parking space in our car park.

Is the outside car park covered?

No, our outside parking is not covered.

Parking hours are 24 hours.

What are the payment methods?

There are two methods of payment: cash and credit or debit card. You can choose the method you prefer.

What kind of vehicles can be left in the parking lot?

Cars and minivans are the two types of vehicles you can leave in our car park.
